ILR application entering UK 109 days after receiving tier2 visa

Hi,
I have received Tier2 General visa on 15.10.2013 for 3years and first entered in UK on 01.02.2014, i.e, after around 110days of getting visa. Renewed visa in year 2016 and present visa is valid until Oct'2019.
My question is- am I eligible to apply for ILR 28days before first visa stamped(15.10.13) which comes to be Sep'2018? Since 110days shall be considered as allowable leave of 180days in 12 months and I haven't taken any holidays in that year. As per my understanding allowable continuous leave- upto180days from entry clearance to first entry can be considered as against 180days allowable leave.
Can experts suggest me should I apply for ILR in OCT'2018 or I wait to finish 5years until Feb'2019. Please suggest , so that I can apply asap. Did anyone else applied before (more then 100days) completing 5years and received ILR?
