Dependent got PBS DEP VISA EXT- I am still waiting for ILR

Dear Readers I have applied for ILR tIER 1 Ent 5 years route through solicitor. My timeline is

Date application sent : 25/06/2018
Document received by HO : 28/06/2018
Ack letter received (if applicable) : 06 Jul 18, 05 Aug 18, 05 Sep 18, 05 Oct 18
Biometric Letter received : 06/07/2018
Date Biometrics Enrolled : 12/07/2018
Payment Debited : 02/07/2018
Approval/Refusal Received : Waiting
BRP Card Received : Waiting

I have applied for my dependent's points based extension on 06 Sep 2018 which was the last day for my visa and my dependent's visa. I my dependent's visa by myself and solicitor was not involved.
Technically, since my ILR outcome is not received homeoffice usually hold the dependent's application untill the main applicant's decision is made.

3 Days ago, I have received my dependent's visa extension approval letter and the BRP on the same day.
But my solicitor says he did not receive any correspondence from homeoffice about my ILR which is a bit strange.

Should I contact UKVI and/or BRP department or wait. the date mentioned on dependent's approval letter is 12 Oct and logically, my ILR decision should have been made before it.
