Application as a team has to be made together- not six months apartMohamedHassanain wrote: ↑Sat Oct 20, 2018 4:08 pmAs a clarification
What I meant
The team member A have 200K £ in his personal bank account
The team member B have 200K £ in his personal bank account (A& B they don't have a a joint account )
( A) wants to apply now for the visa with the mention of B in his application & B will apply 6 months later
Is this case accepted?
Best Regards

That is correct that it does not have to be the exactly together in time or place. But practically, that is not really meant to six months apart. Since the CW has to consider both applications before decision, the 1st application will not be decided until the next one is also received. So, strictly speaking, if you are willing to send the first application and wait for more than six months for the decision, you could possibly do that.MohamedHassanain wrote: ↑Sun Oct 21, 2018 12:56 pmThanks for your reply
But as I read on tier 1 guidance notes it's mentioned
(Team members may enter the category at different times and apply from different locations (for example one inc ountry applicant and one out of country applicant). Applicants are encouraged to supply a set of documents on each team member’s application, but this is not a requirement of the Immigration Rules. If you receive an application for a team member, you must make all reasonable attempts to link this to the other team member’s application. This makes sure you have consistency and all the required documents. 107 of 141 Publish ed for Home Office staff on 1 6 January 2018 Page )
So what do you think?
