Living in Council Flat with Husband

Hi,

I am about to apply for an ILR from Tier 2 general visa. I am however in a scenario where in I live in a council flat with my husband. He acquired the flat long before I moved in and we can prove that in his tenancy agreement. Do I need to include his tenancy agrrement booklet with my supporting documents and shall I also mention it on my cover letter?Have you guys experienced this?

Can I please ask for any advise you have for my situation.
