Asylum appeal

Hy every body
I want to seek advice from some regarding my Asylum appeal
In brief I came in 2011 in uk as student then get married in 2012 got spouse visa but unfortunately ended with divorce My solicitor filed application under FLR O but eventually refused I was overstayed for a month or so got detained applied asylum in 2016 came out on bail conditions by court but I was already in relationship with my girlfriend my asylum application refused after a year but given right to appeal but by the time I was married to my wife religiously and had British child my solicitor advices me not to make fresh application for FLR Fp as I already have an on going appeal on the day of appeal HO refused to give me consent to discuss my private life hence judge finding no other way adjoined appeal 2 months after First tribunal given CMR date but on the same time directed HO to make a fresh decision on the basis of my British child is there any one who can help me out what is going to happen next as I have been wondering in circles and circles but don’t have a clue thank and also best of luck to every one with their immigration matters thanks
