RMLT exception? Same SOC code and employer

Post by AL00000 » Mon Oct 22, 2018 4:14 pm

Hi everyone,

I was hoping I could get some of your advice/thoughts. I work in a NHS hospital, went for the job interview, & have been offered a new role by my current sponsor (the role has the same SOC code & core duties as my current role, just higher NHS banding and pay increase). Are my current sponsors meant to carry out a RLMT? Do they only need to notify Home Office regarding the pay increase?

Many thanks for your input in advance.
