Dependant to ILR

Hi,
I came to UK in Sept 2009 and my husband came in Sept 2008. We got married in 2011. I was on student visa till 2016 (atudent visa, post study work and again student visa-phd). In 2016 i went on to pbs dependant (tier 2). My husyis applying for ILR (10yrs continuous residence). What form can i apply by? Do i have to wait till next year for my 10 year route or can i apply by some other form? Please help as my case is slightly complicated and the ukvi website is very complex.
