International student's dependant: business permission?

Hello Guys

I am an international student dependant and the ONLY endorsment on my visa is ' NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS'

Just asking these three questions,

1. Am I allowed to work full-time?
2. Can I run a business eg. paper shop/chip shop etc...or be Self
employed eg. taxi driver?
3. Rumours there that Home Office is going to impose working
restriction on international students dependant?

if anybody is well informed, plz let us know.

Your Point 3==My strong belief is that you are not allowed to be self employed but I believe other's comment should follow shortly
