I’m a newbie here and need some guidance on the ILR SET(M) employer letter confirming employment. I am currently on the FLRM 5 year spouse route and going to a settlement checking appointment in a few weeks.
With the employer letter, when does it need to be dated for? Both my husband and my employer have made errors on our letters which have had to be re-issued a few times and we have noticed they kept the date the same. When we go to the appt, the employer letter date will show as written 6 weeks prior to submission. Is this a problem?
Also, I’ve noticed my employer has left out part about providing my salary after income tax and NICs. Has everyone provided this information in their letter? My employer says they can only give me this info for last year so it wouldn’t be current.
