Post by amu123456789 » Tue Oct 23, 2018 3:43 pm

Hi gurus
i am planning for PAP and then JR if PAP is unsccessful.
just a quick query
does home office have right to detain me while this process is ongoing.
will they raid my house and take me?
do i have to go to a reporting center once i apply for PAP.
Thanks in advance

This is a forum to discuss the matters regarding Tier 1E. You did not say why your application was refused so the advice cannot be given accurately given your circumstance. Regarding the deportation, the UKVI will asses some factors before detaining an overstayer. Generally, people with pending appeal or JR will not be detained.
