My wife has now been in the uk for 5 years after having had 2 FLR (M) visas. Her daughter joined her 4 and a half years ago initially under a dependents visa and then as part of my wife’s second FLR (M) visa. Her daughter is now 18 years old

We are going to apply for an ILR for my wife. Can we also apply for an ILR for her daughter now even though she has been here less than 5 years ? If not, what visa should her daughter apply for ?
