regarding child please answer.

hello everyone,

i'm the child here i came to the u.k when i was 17 years old as a dependent to my father(sponsor) and mother now i'm 18 and i still have 1 year remaining to my first extension

my father and mother fight a lot and i need to separate from them. can i apply for the extension on my own or do i need still be with my parents to process my extension??

Any help would be appreciated :cry:

Unless you qualify for a visa in your own right (Tier 4, Tier 2) you must remain financially and otherwise dependent on your sponsoring parent. If you live separately, marry and live an independent life, you will be unable to extend your DEPENDENT visa. The clue is in the name of the visa ;)
