Working in Italy for one day from a Tier- 2 visa in UK?

Hi
This could be a strange. I am holding a Guinness world record, for which a TV channel in Italy has invited me to arrive one day to participate in their show and they would pay me for that. I was asked to apply for a work visa from Italian embassy. As I am in a Tier -2 Visa and my ILR would be due in next 2 months, I doubt if applying a work visa in a different country during my Tier-2 in Uk - would affect my ILR application?? Please suggest
