English Language Requirements for Naturalisation

Post by spagnoli » Wed Oct 24, 2018 3:27 pm

Hello Everyone,

I have been awarded a Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) by Middlesex University, that means I successfully completed a programme of study assessed at 120 credits at FHEQ level 4 or above.
Do I satisfy the English language element of the Knowledge of Language, is this acceptable?

I have another question, please if anyone can help me .. as I am so stuck.
I current have 9 points on my driving licence and both offences happened in beginning 2016. I didn't have to attend any court but one of the offences I had to pay a penalty fee £300 pounds. Is this will affect my application?

Thank you so much,

Alessandra.

No - you need to provide a B1 certificate from a Home Office approved provider and test centre.

Can't answer this one
Thank you so much,
