Process to bring children when both parents are in UK and father is Tier2 Visa and Mother is on dependent Visa

Hi all,
I will be travelling to UK on Tier 2 visa long term and I am taking my wife along with me now as a dependent Visa.
I want to take my kids in next year march once finishes her school. Please guide me how I can process dependent visa for kids when we both parents will be in UK. One of us will come to India to take them but will UK embassy allow guardian for visa stamping.

No, since kids are minor, one of the parent needs to sign the form, tb certificate etc. On behalf of the kid.

So you need to go and apply from country of origin and mention in the application letter who will be accompanying the child.
