Tier 2 general currrent COS employer is getting acquired

Hi all,
I have below clarification regarding my current employment

My employer who sponsored COS for me is currently managed by an acquiring company from USA, so I asked my COS sponsored employer weather the company will be active in UK and she said it will be active in UK but the business will be handled by acquiring company from USA

My Question for the above case is I have got Tier 2 General sponsored by current employer,

what are all the check points I need to take care so that current COS allocated for me does not gets affected in case if acquiring company planning to update my payslip or any of my tax related information.

For example I have current employer Employer PAYE Reference attached with my payslips which proves I am employed with
