Dear Members,
I need some urgent advice . I tried to explain as much as possible.
I married to a British citzen and came to UK in January 2016 on spousal visa - 33 months. Life was miserable thus broken down . As I became a victim of Domestic Violence , have prepared to apply ILR using SET(DV) form.
I already managed to tell my problems and reported many incidents to my GP who then recorded all in medical notes. When I needed a letter from my GP explaining my dv , my GP asked me to go and meet the LEAD GP to get the letter. So I met LEAD GP and he gave me a letter after reading my medical notes.
The letter has been signed by LEAD GP above the Name of my GP's name. i.e. say, My GP name is Dr. SxxxxxxS who did not sign but Signed by LEAD GP , Dr. YmmmmY.. I also was charged a fee for issuing letter .
Then after some weeks I needed an other letter so that I requested the letter and was given by the same LEAD GP , putting his signature as in earlier letter , and official stamp in the letter. All letters given in the GP Practice's Letterheads. So it confirms that the letter was issued by LEAD GP.
The latter one given by LEAD GP has also mentioned confirming that the earlier letter was issued by my GP Dr.SxxxxxS , even though my GP ddn't sign that letter.
In these 02 letters , we can see , 02 GPs names with same signatures (only LEAD GP's signatures ). My confusion to be cleared are ;
If I send these letters to Home Office ,
1. Will caseworker accept these as came from my GP or Reject because my GP did not sign ? The medical notes clearly show my GPs name who did record all my narrations.!
2. Does the LEAD GP has authority to sign other Doctor's letter who works in his Clinic and are legally acceptable by Home Office ?
3. Will this signatures of LEAD GP in two letters create any suspicion of Genuineness or invalidity of letters ?
Many advance thanks for moderators .. Please advise.
