Req. RCOS after RLMT

Hi Mates,
Could u guys help me with some RLMT questions?

1) Employer has advertised my job in 1 gov portal directly and 1 private portal through recruiting agency. Usually private agencies doesn't reveal the client name. In that case, while submitting docs for COS approval, we will not see our company details in ad. Does that will bother the COS decision?
2) Is there any maximum limit of salary for soc code 2139?
3) if the advertisement is made with job title which can't be found in any soc codes, can we choose which closely match the profile while requesting COS or should it be anything under soc codes?
4) will there be any issue if my offered salary is less than in job ad?
5) I couldn't see any closing date of my job ad. Is it critical?

Hi - not an expert but just trying to help as Ive gone through tier 2 applications twice now.
I don't have answers to all of your questions below except for number 5. I think it will definitely be an issue if no closing date. Proper RLMT should have start an closing date.
