My Partner Visa was refused twice, now we got married should I try again?

Post by nrs1985 » Sat Oct 27, 2018 11:59 pm

Hello,

I am currently living in the UK since Nov 2016 under Tier 2 General VISA (3 years)

Beginning of 2018 I've applied to my partner as TIER 2 Unmarried partner. and provided loads of documents, it was refused due to the clause where I did not provide evidence that we lived together for at least 2 years.

On my documents I've sent, it included two years of utility bills on both of our names but the last year I was in the UK already so they did not consider that I've sent 2 year. I've provided loads of documents from the past 9 years with photos, facebook printscreens and travels abroad we did together and many more.

Now, November of 2018 I went home and got married officially.

What are my chances of trying again and get it approved? She does not plan to work in here so I could apply for a student VISA if that would facilitate that. What you think I should do to be able to bring her to the UK.

Any advices?

Yes. Try again. Submit evidence of subsisting marriage.
