We were granted ILR in 2006 and subsequently due to work, we left the UK. We returned to UK frequently during the period of absence. However, we lost our ilr later due to absence for more than two years. We made an appeal and went to tribunal courts and were successful and issued a returning resident visa in 2014.
Now we are applying to transfer of our NTL to BRP. On the online application form, should we enter the date of settlement as the date of the returning resident visa which is 2014 or the date of original ILR granted in 2006? If we enter the original date, we have to furnish again all the details and reasons for the absence, which were given during the appeal process to get the returning visa( which was a very lengthy process involving two years of appeal and tribunal cases).
Which visa should we put as our documents, the returning resident visa or the original ILR which was revoked and subsequently appealed successfully.
Trying to apply and realised that have to apply online now.
