Hi everyone,
I would like some guidance from your side in regards to my brothers complicated visa history, the case history is as follows:
Case history :
I moved to UK along with my family few years back on tier 2 dependent as my father is a doctor here and now my whole family has been issues ILR here in UK. My brother however wasnt issues a visa back then when we moved to UK as he was over 18 and he went on to study medicine in Pakistan. Since then he has attempted a visit visa twice and has been rejected on the grounds of "strong ties in the UK and no evidence he will return to Pakistan". Now he has graduated and is currently working in Pakistan as a junior doctor, he recently passed his PLAB1 exam and is now required to appear for PLAB 2 in the UK for which he needs to apply for a visit visa again.
Problem :
Due to the past visa rejections, we are concerned that he might be rejected on the similar grounds as all of his family is based in the UK. He is required to appear in the PLAB 2 exam in UK and return within a week to continue his Job there.
Has anyone been through similar situation and can someone please suggest any tips to make his case stronger for the visit visa application this time.
Many thanks all,
