Start work after Rcos start date

Hi guys,

Hope you are all fine.
I won't be able to start work at the date stated on my RCoS (01/11/2018) as I dind't receive my passport yet.
What should we do (me and my sponsor)? It will be a problem to start working after the date stated on the RCoS?
