ILR SET(M) Section 3 - Do I need to include information about my 1 year old son who is a British citizen?

Hi,
I'm confused again in Section 3 in ILR. I'm applying ILR for my wife. Me and our 2 children (under 18) are British citizens.

We are planning to apply paper form in post . Can someone please clarify

1) Am I correctly understand British citizenship children details are required to mention in SECTION 3: CHILDREN UNDER 18 ?
- Will the application became invalid just incase if I mention their details in there ?
If so,
2) do I need to attach chidren photographs (Section 10) ?
3) do I need to include Passports details in (Section 11 - 11.5 for dependent) ?
4) do I need to send original children's British passport, Birth Certificate etc., as mentioned in Section 12 Documents ?

Please clarify
