Urgent - Help Please! Premium appointment No Show Outcome

Experts, Please help.

I have ILR. My wife is on Tier 2 Dependant Visa and she has premium service appointment on 31/10 at 2PM.

I have been totally stupid and the language requirements escaped my attention and for some reason I've been thinking that My wife's Degree taught in English in foreign country (India) is enough to prove her Language requirements. Little did I know that it needed NARIC certification. Now, the time has run out for me to obtain a NARIC check or book a B1 test for her.

Is there any way I can salvage the situation? The online portal in gov.uk say I can reschedule my appointment until 24 hours before the appointment day. I have been checking every 10 mins for a viable alternative appointment to ensure I don't lose the money in full and I can buy time to book her on a B1 test or a NARIC check.

My question is, is there any way I can salvage this? What happens if I don't show up for my premium service appointment (assuming I don't get any chance to reschedule appointment). Will I get any refund if I don't show up?

To make matters even more complicated (Her current Tier 2 Dependant Visa expires on 30/01/2019).
