Tier2 & ILR

Post by tejalondon » Mon Oct 29, 2018 12:02 pm

Hi Guys,

I ve recently got my ILR, all went well.
I am still working with the same company, through which i've applied ILR. Came to know that their tier 2 license has been suspended. Can I continue working for them ? Will this have any effect on my already issued ILR or citizen ship application in the future. Can they curtail ILR similar to how they curtail pbs applicants if the license gets revoked. Has any one faced some thing similar, could you please advise on the best course of action. Thanks in advance.

Since you have obtained ILR, whatever happened to the license does not affect you anymore. Therefore you can continue to work for the company. Do you know why the licence was suspended?
Are you the only sponsored worker? Do you think that the suspension has anything to do with you?
I am not a lawyer and do not claim to be one. All my comments here are based on my opinions, experience and interpretation of the appropriate UKVI guidance documents and immigration rules.
