Hello,

i am British citizen, and would like to invite my Mother to stay with me for 2 months she is in Pakistan and Pakistan National.

what is the procedure for visit visa application ?

found some information on GOV.UK website what is ( valid Article 10 residence card ) and (Surinder Singh Application) ?

can i apply for Article 10 residence card for my Mother ?

Please help me understand this.

Those two routes are for settlement for a EAA national not Pakistani who are non-EAA.

Your mother applies as a normal visitor form visa4uk website.
