need urgent advice form seniors

Post by Sanaaziz » Mon Oct 29, 2018 8:31 pm

Initial app Tier 1 Ent 50k route; 29/08/2014 ( with wife and 2 children )

Refusal; Feb 2015 with right to appeal

First tribunal appeal made; Feb 2015
Hearing; July 2015, judge send case to HO FOR RECONSIDERATION.

HO interview ;September 2015

HO refused again; March 2016 with right to appeal.

Appeal made instantly and hearing occurred on 28/03/2017.

Received refusal from first tribunal on 10/08/2017, with right to appeal.

Appeal made instantly to upper tribal and was refused in Feb 2018 with right to appeal.

Since then we revived this final letter please see attached;

My questions are:

In option 2, tribunal made one day difference in making the appeal? Does it effect my 10 year long residency?
We received this letter late due to bad weather/snow in March 2018, will tribunal correct this in future if make any contact with them with some evidence?

Secondly, what other options I have in terms of my future application. Can I apply Tier 1 Ent 200k application and what are the success chances??

One of the solicitor is advising me to apply FLR FP on behalf of family and children.

Hi,
Sorry to hear your tough journey. On what grounds were you refused? and what about your current status?

As far as concern FLR (FP) application kindly give us some information.

1. How many kids do you have?

2. How old are they?

3. Where they born in the UK or outside?

4. What about your appeal status? is still in pending?

5. Have you been refused due to deception?

Also, you mention that Upper Tribunal dismissed your appeal with the right to appeal. Don't understand this? After dismissing the appeal by upper tribunal what right of appeal you have given further.
