under this condition, it is the validity of your visa that matters. However, how do you intend to enter the UK when you have a pending application where you have probably submitted your BRP and passport.sraven wrote: ↑Mon Oct 29, 2018 10:46 pmHi,
My CoS end date is on 30/11/2018 and have visa valid till 13/12/2018. I have applied for extension and attended bio metrics on 22/10/2018. I am planning to travel to India between 16/11/2018 and planning to return before 4/12/2018 due to personal emergency. Will i have any trouble re-entering UK after my CoS expiry date? Any quick advice please as i am running out of time. Thanks
You are still not advised to travel until you have your new BRP. If your new BRP is approved while you were away, you will not be able to enter the UK back on your old BRP as it would have become invalid. There is a common advise from HO that " Never make any travel plans while your application is been considered".
