Application - medical treatment question

Hi all,
My girlfriend is in the process of applying for a tier 1 exceptional talent visa from Hong Kong. There is a question in her application regarding medical treatment in the UK. Earlier this year she was in the uk on a tourist visa (between her last visa and the one she is applying for now). She had a GP appointment which resulted in a blood test at the GP and an x-ray at the hospital. They knew her status and never asked her to pay. What should she put on her application and can this have an impact on her application outcome?
