Translation question

Hi all,

A quick one regarding to the translated material providing to HO.

I am getting hospital letters stating I was sick abroad and for my father-in-law’s funeral. They are not in English. What’s the requirement from HO on translating them? Can I do it myself or must get an agent to do it?
