How long does form APS2 take to arrive

I requested it via the Department of Foreign Affairs probably over a month ago now and not received anything in the post. There is no email confirmation, so i'm unsure whether it perhaps got lost in the post, or whether it can take a number of weeks to receive.

Anyone else have a rough timeline they waited?
