Flr(FP) help please

hey i applied for flr fp extension last year on 24 oct 2017
and they received next day and after 20 days i received biometric letter and acknowledgment letter

and jan 2018 i sent of my wife pragnancy report for my 2nd baby
in march 2018 i reques mp to check and he said the same thing which was on acknowledgment letter
in may 2018 i request mp again and he said they checking police check

in september 2018 i sent my 2nd baby brith certificate and they didnt sent me any letter
and then i request again and he said they no giving me any information and 14 days before i sent pre action protocol letter and jr letter and they didnt reply me aswel and i request again to mp and he said he cant help me because they no giving him any news in all procedure i called them personally and they didnt give me any news or they didnt sand me any letter
can i anyone help me with these

FLR (FP) can take a very very long time, over an year for a decision.

Why don't you write to them and ask for a update on your application?
