Civil court judgment

Post by Mar-ta » Wed Oct 31, 2018 10:20 pm

Hi all,

I am going through the application for naturalisation and have a question about civil judgement...

In 2009 my dog bit a child whilst on a walk. The parents reported this to police and the case was brought to court under the civil act.

The court made an order for me to keep the dog under control and I had to pay the cost of hearing £60.

I do't have a copy of the order and the fine was paid by me immediately.

Do I have to declare it in Conviction and Penalties Section? Does it count as civil court judgement against me?
