Cooling off period for switching from T4 dependent Visa to T2 General Visa

Hi,

I came to UK on T2 ICT in May-2015. Recently(October) i switched to T4 dependent Visa with my wife being main applicant.
I wanted to know can i switch to T2 general Visa, as a company has offered me to sponsor my Visa.
Is their any cooling off period applicable to me for the same?
