My wife is now in the UK. The EEA Family Permit refusal letter stated that they weren't satisfied my wife was actually in the UK. We are reapplying and want to submit proof she is there. She's only been there for 10 days. We submit the tenancy agreement again, but this time add a letter from the landlord. Someone suggested opening a bank account, but the banks won't allow her because she needs proof of address on a utility bill. The tenancy agreement isn't adequate for the bank since its from a private person not a well recognized rental agency. She will go to a doctor's office today and register herself and our baby. We hope they'll give her something we can use. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on what proof we can submit based on our circumstances? Is there somewhere she can go to show UKV I she is physically in the country?
