Payslips for FLR M

Post by fromglasgow » Fri Nov 02, 2018 10:16 am

Hi There,

I am intend to apply FLR M for my wife, first extension after my ILR-LR. My wife only worked for 6 months in UK and hence have 6 payslips for FLR M financial requirement but she was sick and received half + statuary sick pay for one month in last 6 months.

1 - Does the month she was sick in last 6 months will count towards 6 months of payslips required or it will be counted 5 payslips and she will have to work another month and get payslip to have 6 payslips for FLR M application?

2 - She is currently on Tier 2 Dependent, is there a timeline she has to follow to switch to FLR M after I received my ILR-LR.

Thanks!
