BRP received but not passports

Hi
Hoping somebody can help. I had made applications for a Tier 2 extension with me being the main applicant and my daughter and wife being dependents on the 12th of September. My daughter and I received our BRP cards on the 10th of October . My wife however has not received hers. We have not got any letters or our passports and documents till date. Has anybody else have had a similar experience or could anybody suggest as to what I can do to get more information?
