british passport

Please any information will help.

My Son was born in July 2013 outside uk, he moved to uk sep 2018 on settlement visa with the mother. I got my british passport sep 2017 so when can He apply for british passport?

Your son is on the same route to settlement as the less privileged parent....in this case, that of your wife.
(Casa, not CR001)
