FLR(M) Online Application Form - Payment URGENT

Hi there,

I have booked premium service appointment for FLR(M) and paid £1643 through appointment booking website. I have now decided to submit online application instead of paper based application form. Before I can submit my online application form it is asking me to pay and book an appointment at premium service appointment and there is no way to skip this payment section?

Any Ideas? Is the paper application form only option for me?
