Am not sure what you are asking for as you are already on FLR (FP). How did the first baby get British Citizenship?

What is the citizenship status of the father?

My first son got british citizen as he’d been in the uk for 5 years since birth his father had abandoned us and left the country back to pakistan
I originally came as a student to the uk from india
So that marriage broke down
The second baby is with my current partner who is indian national and came to the uk in 2011 as his then wife had a uk work permit and sponsored him and he has a dependent visa, and she has recently divorced him
So the new baby needs a visa and so does her dad (my partner)

This is a very complex case - see a professional legal adviser for further guidance
