Spouse and Child of ILR

Hello,

My husband and I arrived in UK on 22/09/2008. He applied and got his ILR last week.

I have left UK on 22/12/2009 and returned on 22/12/2010 so my 10 year continuous residency was broken and I will be eligible on 22/12/2020 to apply for ILR. My current visa status is Tier 4 (main) and expires on 30/11/2018. I am not sure what type of visa to apply to get me to 10 years.

We also have child born outside UK on 03/04/2010. He entered UK with me on 22/12/2010. He was also outside country between 04/01/2013 and 01/04/2014. After that continuous residence in UK. He is my Tier 4 child dependent at the moment so his visa also expired on 30/11/2018

Please could you advise which visa should we apply for?

Spouse visa? Between you and your spouse you would need to meet the financial requirement (if you have the legal right to work in the UK).
