Tier-1 5 Year- ILR

Job requirement:

Got extension 31 June 2017.

How many months do I need to send payslips, RTI for claim point job creation ILR?
1- 2 EMPLOYEE Any 12 months 1st JULY 2017 TO 30 JUNE 2018 is that ok? or I need send until December as I am sending file ILR DECEMBER.
2- If I send 1st sep 2017 to 31 August 2018 is that ok?

The RTI submissions and payslips should cover at least full 12 months for each position

Thank you zimba for reply me back.

Yes both 2 staff full RTI And play slip with other documents 12 months complete.

So I don't need to send extra months which my staff still work. Is it good for case send or relevant?

ILR Tier 1 Applications

HI,

1-ILR TIER-1 Application pending in HO, if I need to change my addresses what I need to do plz and Do I need to inform HO As I change my home address?

2-How is long HO taking tier-1 ILR superfast services anyone got answer?

One more Question regarding my Friend::

3-His initial application 1st Aprill 2014 his 5 years completing 1st April 2019, can he Apply 5th March or HO can be rejected to early apply?

Probably.. unless ur fine HO sending correspondence to ur previous address. I think the set o guidance explains what to do..

Never heard of super fast services.. Tier1 is a complex route and has standard service only.
Previously if you applied through a lawyer it was possible but since late last year haven’t heard of that either.

One more Question regarding my Friend::

Within 28 days of initial grant date provided ALL other conditions are met. Also assuming it’s tier1 as well.
