Can Expired COS used for Dependants Visa applicaiton

Hello Friends,

I have joined A rated sponcer company on 1st October 2018 and my COS has expired on 13th Oct. 2018, in expired COS the Employer has certifed the maintenance for Dependants as shown below.

"Tick to certify maintenance for migrant (and dependants, if applicable): Y"

I am staying in Company accomodation till 25th November and now, I would like to process an visa application for my family, in this case which document I should attached to certify the maintenance.

Can I used the expired COS? if not,
Do I needs to attacehd employer letter? if yes,
Can anyone provide me the format?
OR
can I just use bank statement, which has just first salary amount?

Can I used the expired COS? if not, you can input this expired number. But you must provide your passport and BRP copy for application.
Do I needs to attacehd employer letter? if yes,
Can anyone provide me the format? No you don't need.
OR
can I just use bank statement, which has just first salary amount? Yes.

You also need to show that you have accommodation for your wife. if rented, landlord letter is required that she is allowed to live in the premise.
