Children's Birth certificate originals are required post ?

Dear All

hope someone can help with my query. I am applying for FLR (M) extension (after initial grant of leave as a spouse) as a dependent of my husband (settled), my kids are British. My question is do I need to send my kids original birth certificates and citizenship documents along with my application? Someone can please suggest me the list of documents of my kids to send along with my application.

If they were born in the UK sending Birth certificate is fine. If they have been registered as British Citizen, then you may want to send the certificate or registration in too, also include passport numbers if they have a passport

They born in the UK, I have already mentioned their passport details and all other details in page number 15 and 16. Do I need to send the original documents or just the photocopies are enough?

Send in the original there's no harm. It's easily available again if lost.

Question number 6.33 Do you and your sponsor have any shared financial responsibilities?

Does it mean also including the utility bills and house rental or something else?

It doesn't really matter how you answer the question as it has no bearing on the visa decision.

Alot of people put down rent, gas and electric bill etc

I think they should have updated these application forms to reflect the changes in the Immigration rules.
