renewing the BRP

Hi There.
My children are university students and their BRP ( with ILR status) is about to expire in Jan/2019. In The BRP RC application ( For Renewing the BRP card) , They have been asked to submit the evidence of continuous residency in the UK, if the ILR was granted more than 2 years ago.. They Already Out of the School and collage And it is difficult to get a letter confirming their attendance in the school or collage.And they do not have any utility bills as well. Do the old Passports solve the problem? As long as the passports showing the travel details, i think so . Please give me an answer.

I cannot see why the university would not provide a copy of its records/data - indeed, I would think they are duty bound to do so if you ask for it.

No bank accounts? Are they registered with the NHS? Driving license?


Also, pay slips and official pay related documents (P60, evidence of yearly earnings) are good. Any cars or motorbikes in their name? They will have registered owner papers if so (V5C I think).

One that should be 100% accepted is if they are named on council tax bills. Again, the council should confirm for you the data they hold on the address, including the names of those registered under a council tax bill.
