What form do I need for spouse extension visa??

I have been in the UK since 2016 and time is drawing close to extend my visa. My wife and I are married and have a son of dual nationality. Everything is fine in our marriage and have no desire to leave any time soon. I am really confused about what im finding online and am also wondering if I need to pay the full whack of fees again??

£18,600 if child is a British Citizen or £22,400 if not. Plus IHS payments which will rise to £1,000 soon.

Preferably FLR(M).

Also at least A2 English Lanuage requirements, etc.
