Tier 2 Sponsorship transfer from one company to another

Post by ELEKEYA » Wed Nov 07, 2018 11:49 pm

I was working for a company as part-time student(Tier-4 visa) in the year 2016 and got a permanent job in the same company in 2018.In the COS given actual work start date as 1st of January but the Visa as such came on 23rd of January. I continued as a part-time employee until March 1st and made the full-time contract with the company on March 1st and hence payslip for the full-time job as such generated from that day.

1) Should i actually get full time salary from the work start date mentioned in the COS?
2) Now I am planning to switch the company and will it affect my new application?
3) Also will it affect when I apply for PR?
4) Any suggestion to tackle this situation?
