This link may help:sleepygriz wrote: ↑Wed Nov 07, 2018 2:12 amThank you so much for your reply. I now know that the paper form will be accepted.
The issue I have now is that we made some mistakes filling out the paper form and were going to reprint the pages that we had made the mistakes on, but now I can not reprint those pages. Does anyone know of any way around this?
sleepygriz wrote: ↑Thu Nov 08, 2018 1:49 amHI all,
So thanks to the lovely people of these forums, I now know that I can still take the paper form to my wife's PSC appointment on Monday. We've pretty much got everything in order, but there was a few things I wanted to check and this seems like the best place to ask for advice.
1. Does anyone happen to know if a Disclosure Scotland certificate (proof of no criminal convictions) would be acceptable as proof of address correspondence? Yes if it includes your address.
2. Along the same lines - are letters from pension companies (Legal & General, Nest etc.) acceptable forms of correspondence? YES
3. I'm still confused as to whether or not I need to include my daughter's details in Section 3 of the form. My daughter was born in London and is a British citizen with a passport, so I know she's not classed as a dependant, but do I still need to fill in her details in Section 3? YES
Thanks again in advance for any help/advice anyone can give.
