FLR-M - financial requirements - Ltd company category

Hi,

I am a limited company contractor(Director and employee) and applying FLR-M for my spouse. For financial requirement, I have confusion on which option to select (Category F or G) in the form.

I have sufficient earning in last financial year. Please advice which category to select (Category F or G)?

Below are the list of documents I am planning to submit. please advice if anything is missing.

1. Payslips covering the financial year.
2. dividends covering the financial year.
3. personal bank statements
4. business bank statements
5. letter from accountant confirming the salary and dividends for financial year.
6. Company accounts and CT600
7. Company registration document
8. VAT certificate
9. VAT submission details for financial year and letter from accountant confirming the same.
10. current Appointment Report

Please advice if anything is missing or any other document to submit and Category to select.
