Sponsorship license for Ltd company

Hi,

I couldnt find any info in this regard so I'm asking it here and hopefully one can answer me here.

I have a limited company and myself as director and employee. Can I get a license for Tier2 sponsorship and second my employee to another company or as consultant? the responsibility of the employee is totally on my company though.
